The perfect solution for continuous, 24/7 noise monitoring

Sep 01 2021

Cirrus Research recently launched the Quantum Outdoor, their new cloud-based noise monitoring system. Quantum Outdoor offers a single solution for 24/7 remote noise monitoring using powerful cloud technology to give organisations the full picture of their environmental noise impact and allowing direct operators full control wherever they are.

Operators can avoid noise related complaints and alleviate their environmental impact on the local community as the live data and audio capture enables them to act fast and make the right noise-management decisions. Cloud connectivity allows end-users to view and analyse their data anywhere, any time and from any portable device via their online account.

The Quantum Outdoor lets users log the locations of their Quantum installations, they can add them to maps and floor plans and set alarm points when noise levels reach a pre-set point. This instrument also includes 1:1 and 1:3 octave data enabling far more precise noise data, users can choose their own data points to be captured and displayed and versatile online tools  create reports and enable a more thorough level of noise analysis.

The Quantum Outdoor offers a perfect solution for any location in which round-the-clock noise monitoring is needed, such as building and demolition sites. Thanks to its remote access capabilities and user-friendly interface it is a simple and highly effective tool to work with.
